- Prefer the original repo. Skills we rate as a redistributed copy are blocked, and each page names the original to use instead.
- Before allowing a skill, read its SKILL.md and list every script and allowed-tools entry. A skill that is only instructions is the safest kind.
- A skill that runs scripts, starts paid cloud runs or drives a browser is allowed with limits: a named owner, a spending cap where the tool offers one, and a throwaway browser profile.
- Re-check a skill when it changes. Every verdict below shows the date we last verified it.
- Install counts measure popularity, not safety.
